Vagn Kirkeskov is an International Business Consultant and Business Psychology Advisor, with more than twenty years of experience as an Organisation Development Consultant and Executive Coach.
His consulting company Kirkeskov&Partners, based in Copenhagen, are engaged in innovative joint ventures with Danish and international companies in Scandinavia and US, creating collective and personal development and learning processes within and across the traditional organisational business disciplines; this by combining, for example, Lean, Change Management, Adult Learning, Conflict Management and Coaching in combination with personality systems as The Enneagram and Jungs Typing Codes, to integrate the disciplines with individual personalities need for understanding and learning.
Background
Vagn Kirkeskov’s vast knowledge stems from his involvement with Danish, Scandinavian and Global Companies within both private and public organisations.
With physiological background he works very closely with the responsible managers, to secure that both the managers and their employee’s understands the change process, and are personally involved and motivated to take responsibility for choices, decisions and consequences. One of Vagn’s big focus areas are to raisin the consciousness in organizations, by developing both the managers and the employees interest and desire for self-managing, which he beliefs will create a more positive working environment that develops motivated managers and employees working with more joy, creating more growth, welfare and well being.
